Paneer Fingers

A food post after a long time. Just getting settled with the cooking routine...

Paneer is a good source of calcium and fat for kids. This is a prime time entree at our house ( note that it is the entree and not snack :) )

Ingredients:

For the paste:
Besan flour - 2 tbsp
Rice flour - 1 tbsp
Maida flour - 1 tbsp
Salt
Red chilli powder - little
Hint

Paneer
Oil - to fry

Procedure:
Make a paste of all the ingredients listed under for the paste category. Not too thick not too thin. Then cut the paneer into finger like cubes , dip it in the paste and deep fry until light goldenbrown.
